We offer various levels of cover for your cat or dog depending on your requirements and budget:
Accident Only provides cover for Vet Fees if your pet has an accident. It provides cover of up to £2000 per condition per policy year and includes some cover for alternative treatments such as hydrotherapy.
Accident & Illness Only
Our Accident and Illness Only policy is similar to the Accident Only but also provides cover should your pet become ill.
Accident & Illness Essential
Our 12 month cover offers the same level of veterinary fees but includes additional benefits. We will cover veterinary fees up to the limit of £2,000 per condition for 12 months from the date the condition is first treated. We will also cover boarding fees if you have to go into hospital and the cost of your pet if the worst happens and your pet dies.
Accident & Illness Plus
Benefit Limits for veterinary fees apply per condition, per policy year and the additional benefit limits are increased.
Accident & Illness Extra
All claims are taken out of the cover of £7,500 in the policy year. If this limit is reached in a year then you will not be able to make another claim until the policy renews at which point the £7,500 is reinstated and all claims are taken from this recharged pot of money. The additional benefit limits are increased and there is some cover for personal accident and accidental damage.

# A £250 excess is paid once per claim.
## Payments for Veterinary Fees are limited to costs incurred within 1 calendar year from the date the condition is first treated or the maximum Benefit Limit, whichever is reached first and subject to renewal.
† Subject to the policy remaining in force, premiums being paid up to date and the insurer inviting renewal, there is no limit on how long you can claim for illness or injury.
On all levels of cover apart from Accident only a 14 day waiting period applies to claims for illness. If your policy inception date is prior to 01/07/2014 this waiting period is 7 days.
