If you wish to speak to us about a claim, please be aware that we aim to process your claim within 20 working days from receipt of all required information and will be in touch if anything else is needed from you or your vet.

We are currently experiencing a rise in calls during peak hours, in order to prevent lengthy wait times, please call us during quieter times such during the evenings.

Telephone Call Charges

Calls to 0330 numbers are charged at a local rate from landlines and standard rates from mobiles and are included in minutes for mobile calling plans. Please note that all our calls are recorded for security and training purposes.
